On the t4e box 7 = 0% and nothing else is entered in any other box. Why, when I enter the amount from box 26 and 30 from t4e, does it increase my refund?

The amount in box 26 which is an over-payment repaid to E.I. does increase your refund and in some cases reduce the amount of taxes owed.
