I am using a standard online edition for 8 returns purchased from Costco which includes an activation code which does not work properly with Windows 10. In the beginning, it asked me to upgrade my Browser which I did but it still is not working properly for payment with activation code. please advise?

Where do I find the 11 digit scratch code. my blue sticker has 21 numbers
You have purchased the CD/Download and not the online version. Please use this download link and ensure you click on
Standard then enter your 21 digits Installation Key Code. You do not need to be on the TurboTax website.

Hello - I have entered my on-line activation code multiple times and it is saying something is wrong. I have confirmed with Costco that it was activated so that is not the issue. I called and was on hold for 30mins and than was hung up on. Help
Make sure you scratch the back of the card below the number under the barcode. It contains both letters and numbers. I entered the number under the bar code a bunch of times myself... good luck!

Yes, the code worked, I made sure to put in upper case letters not lower case.
I bought the Turbotax from Costco. I cannot activate my product. please help me.

i recently installed the Canadian version of turbo tax online. The installation key has 21 numerical characters yet it supposes to be 11. I installed the keys and it doesn't recognise the code. I uninstalled, I reinstalled a few times now it just skips the code open boxes and tries to install directly with no success

There is only TurboTax Windows available for 2019. If you downloaded the 2019 tax year software- and you can't get it to accept the code please contact our phone support team who can assist you further. Once you open up the link click on contact us by phone.
