Online activation code does not work when I get to the payment prompt

I am using a standard online edition for 8 returns purchased from Costco which includes an activation code which does not work properly with Windows 10. In the beginning, it asked me to upgrade my Browser which I did but it still is not working properly for payment with activation code.  please advise?

Please make sure that you are using the 11-digit code from the scratch card. If you have the correct code and it’s not working, please contact our social team or our phone support for further assistance.

You have purchased the CD/Download and not the online version. Please use this download link and ensure you click on 

Standard then enter your 21 digits Installation Key Code.  You do not need to be on the TurboTax website.
