Ontario senior care at home tax credit

New this year is a Ontario seniors care at home tax credit. TurboTax is using this despite her being in a long term care facility. When I call CRA they believe (they're not sure) she's not entitled to this credit. May I ask first if this is accurate? If not, how do I tell TurboTax not to use this credit?

kind regards...

As per the Ontario Government website(Ontario-seniors-care-home-tax-credit), no you are not eligible for this tax credit as she is not at home care.

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) will recognize that she is not eligible and will not allow the credit during the assessment. There is no area in the return to click or enter for this credit, therefore you can only verify that you have answered the question that she lives in a long-term care home correctly to indicate this to the CRA.

Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
