paid for product, license not received

Hi, I purchased the downloadable edition of TurboTax Standard 2022 on Feb 23, 2023 but I did not receive the license and I did not receive the link to download the purchased product. Order Number: (Removed)

I have been in touch with the tech support (by phone) but they cannot figure out the issue. I already spent more than 3 hours with the phone support.

 

Could someone please either 1) deliver the license and download link to me or 2) refund my purchase?
