Payed for the service and TURBOTAX is not calling me

I payed for the full service turbotax and you weren't able to make me a call because of my international number. You don't have an email or a contact number and now my money is lost and my taxes still undone. 

 

I need help for this trouble it can be my money back in my card or my taxes done properly.

You can contact me in my email and make a videocall. 

 

I HOPE FOR AN ANSWER, already spent all my Saturday with this problem.

There was a refund request put in for you, but they have sent you an email requesting more information. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.
