As per title, I have changed my phone number, I'm not able to receive text message through that number and unable to login. I tried the alternative method but it says "You have reached the maximum number of attempts." What can I do? Can I talk to a real person and get access to my account?

Unfortunately, they were not helpful because the new number i gave them for my account has still not been updated. We need to report Turbotax to the consumer bureau:
