Phone Number has changed

First time logging in since last year. It wants to send me a text to confirm it's me. The problem is I switched phone numbers. It gives me an option to try to confirm my identity another way. I tried a couple of times. Apparently I haven't answered the questions correctly. I don't know how to answer any differently and I don't know what they think I've answered incorrectly. So I'm stuck. Best to just forget the email I used and start a new account for this year with a different email address?

I did this process over a week ago, and no results yet
