Unfortunately our tax experts can't call non-Canadian phone numbers, or use Whatsapp to make calls. If you know someone who does have a Canadian number and can do a group call or transfer to your New Zealand number, that might work.
This is not possible or helpful for me at all, can I hand off my documents with what I have entered or submitted already?

In the last week I received a turbo tax call from an administrator/online person and she rang my New Zealand number absolutely no problem - why is it different now?
You can log back into your TurboTax account, go to Full Service Return, and select Schedule Welcome Call. However, tax season has not yet started, so you will be told to call back on or after February 23rd.

Unfortunately, if you do not have a Canadian/North American phone number, you have no other option for contacting a tax expert. This is a fundamental rule for communication that we cannot ignore.
There is no other option than to use TurboTax Online/DIY products to prepare and file your return without the assistance of a tax professional.
