Phone number

Asking to send verification code to a phone number I no longer have and I can't bypass this. What can I do?

You can click on the "Try Something Else" option on the bottom of the sign in page to see if you can get in that way. If that doesn't work, then you can use this form to submit a TurboTax Account Recovery Request:
