How do I get a refund of the "live support" amount paid to Turbotax? They told me my issue was a bug with the software and I could get a refund after I paid.
I have filed my Income tax return and got my refund, but When I signed in to CRA, it says that I am not getting GST/HST credits whereas I am eligible for it

Taxrefund for 2022 approx 7100.00. refiled for a refund of aaarox 9500 .00 but did not receive a ruling from rev. canada Can you help??
