Ordered TurboTax Standard as I have for past ten years. Ordered on January 17, 2020 via Subscription ID:
[social security number removed] ($33.61) on Visa ending 5031 but have not received to date nor has the $33.61 been applied to my Visa! Is there an issue with the order? Can you provide a delivery date?

I purchased TurboTax 2019 Standard on-line and received a prepayment code, but when I attempted to obtain the key by following the instructions on the download page I was taken to the TurboTax online site and asked to sign in (I didn't have an account) and wound up purchasing the same product with my credit card - not deliberately - thinking that the prepayment form would show up. Which it didn't.
1. Would you kindly refund the purchase, please.
2. Would you kindly guide me to the web-page that will give me the key for my prepayment code, please

@Shirley Hegland - See the link provided below to assist you with entering your prepayment code, which is done at the end of your tax return, just before Netfiling.
I have TurboTax CD Standard version for 2019. I have done all the updates daily since I purchased the software in January. When I enter a T4-RSP on the input screens, different numbers show up in the T1. In the 1st instance I entered $5,455.56 from Box 22 but $13,527.56 gets posted to my T1. My wife enters $14,372.27 in her T1 input screen and $6,300.27 gets stated on her T1. In both instances the difference is exactly $8,072.00 and is distorting our refunds expected. I have been trying since last week to get through to the Canada TurboTax phone line and even waited two times for about 45 minutes each time only for the phone line to be dropped unexpectantly.
