Possible issue with work-space-in-the-home expenses on form T777

For some reason, 100% of my work-space-in-the-home expenses on form T777 are carrying forward to the next year (line 43). I have a feeling that the issue might stem from line 40 (Enter your employment income) being blank. I definitely have employment income, so I'm not sure why line 40 is blank. Is this a potential product bug?

Update: I started my taxes over from scratch and everything is working now. There must have been a change in the software from when I started working on my taxes (several weeks ago) and now that caused the problem.
