Previously activated TurboTax 2021 is now asking for Licence Code again. Why?

I activated and used TT 2021 to file taxes for 2021.  I'm trying to open TT again to review filed returns but I'm being challenged for Licence Code again.   I don't have the licence code I used to activate it.   How do I get a new licence code?
