Problem entering Ontario energy and property tax credit

I have applied for the Ontario energy and property tax credit, but box 61020 does not show up as entered (no X in the box) when I print the return.  I have gone to Form ON-BEN directly and checked the box manually, but that does not seem to make a difference.  I have also applied for the Ontario senior homeowners property tax grant - box 61070 shows as properly ticked.   How do I get box 61020 to appear as checked?  Is the problem because I can only claim one or the other?

Thank you for the response.  I did exactly what you suggested and contacted technical support.  They were able to fix the problem, and now the Trillium Benefit is applied (without that, loss of $1,000!!).   Technical Support was great!
