problem installing downloaded software

I downloaded the software for 2023 bought from Costco, it appears to be an executable file and I cannot run it. It doesnt show the installation as in previous years software.

Hi,

the support link does not work.

I downloaded the 2023 software and windows 10 could not  execute. The file does not expand to show the installation file as it did in previous years version. Please help

Yes, I did. I returned my purchased download of the 2023 software as it wont execute on my laptop which doesn't have the latest Windows10.

The issue has now been corrected on the software release date of December 18th.
