I have ordered, paid and trying to download.  I think it has been download and tried more than once but cannot find the download.  Does not appear on the desktop.  Would really like to speak with a person.  Need help on this.  I have a new all in one computer so cannot use a disk.  [phone number removed]  Thanks you.

In your Search bar at the bottom of you screen, search for .tt22 and also make sure you are not using a MAC because it is not supported by TurboTax?
