I purchased Basic which includes Charitable Donations but won’t allow me to enter - prompts me to upgrade to Standard. Same with Medical Expenses. Have been using Basic for years. Very frustrating not to be able to speak to a person. Please advise how to contact a human.
In TurboTax CD/Download, the upgrade is optional. Just click continue if you don't want to upgrade.
