Product refund is approved but no communication from TurboTax?
I have made a request for a product refund and it has been labelled as "complete" and "approved" - but I have received no communication regarding a refund. Does it come in the mail or something?

Was this refund from a retail purchase? If yes, then yes, you will receive a cheque in the mail this can take up to 8 weeks.
