Product Refund

I have been trying to get a refund for a product bought in error since Feb 22, 2023.

I filled our the refund request and was assigned case number [phone number removed].

When I check out the status it only shows that it is still open. No emails, no answers, nothing.

I was charged $237.15 Canadian for this product.

When am I going to get this refund?

When applying for a refund, it could take 6-8 weeks for it to be returned to the original manner of payment you used. Amazing how companies are allowed to receive instant payment, but not have the ability with the return they make on products and services to not have the capacity to return payments for 1 1/2 - 2 months.  I like using TurboTax products, but what a joke on their refund policy.  Get with the times!  Update your accounting department!
