Properly reporting Airbnb sublet earnings when I'm not a homeowner?

My mom and I rented out a spare bedroom through Airbnb in a home we reside in and is owned by my aunt (essentially a sublet). The Airbnb account was in my name and I received all earnings. The cost of utilities (water, heating, electricity) is included with our rent and all property expenses are covered by my aunt. I am responsible for internet/TV costs.

Because I am not a homeowner in this case, how would I make sure that I properly report my earnings from Airbnb on my income tax return? Would I have to fill out the T776 rental income form as a non-homeowner or could I just claim the earnings as Other Income? I simply just want to declare my earnings and finally be able to submit my return.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can provide me with some answers.

Yes, you can use the T776 rental form even if you don't own the property that you are renting.
