Purchased Premier but Standard Installed

I purchased the 2020 Premier version and have the 16 digit code but the Standard version installed and is registered. I tried uninstalling then reinstalling without success.

Two of three installs gone, I wonder.

Without paying $40 again, how do I get the purchased version to activate?

Additional comment: I was never asked for the 16 digit code and now cannot find a way to enter it.
