Quebec NetFile gives me "Not Eligible" for no valid reason. My wife's Q and CRA returns went through OK. Where is the problem ?
They were useless. Wasted too much time waiting on line and then their solution didn't work. They were not willing to admit they had a programming error and /or that their software was less than perfect.
