Received an email IntuitTurboTaxCanada about a 15% discount. Placed my order, downloaded but the discount was not received. I was charged the full amount. How do I get the discount offered?

I too have the same issue I bought the more expensive one with 12 returns and only bought because of the discount and I was charged full price.
Hi,
I received my refund within a week of my notification. My credit card was reimbursed directly on my notification to them of the concern.
Very strange that some receive a refund of the discount that should have been received and others don’t. My request has been denied by Aurora A. according to an email tonight. Next time I’m supposed to call their 800 number at four four six eight eight four eight before I pay. Putting this here so others can do so
