Activation code not working

I have downloaded turbo tax 2024 but can’t access because of pop up saying I need a 16 digit code. In checking it out the code was to arrive. I have received no such email and no code

If you bought it from us, did you check your spam/junk folder to see if the email went there?

I purchased 2024 Turbo Tax on Saturday Jan 4, 2025 but I accidently purchased the US version instead of the Canada version. I then tried to purchase Canada  version and it it downloaded but no new license code the Canada version  and the code for the US version will not active. How do I get a new code for the Canada version.  Also when I downloaded Canada Version nothing came up for payment?

If you have purchased the US software from the US TurboTax website. We suggest you to contact US product support and ask for a refund of this software or submit an online refund request.

Hello!

I bought the turbotax online deluxe edition from Costco in canada. 

I then proceeded to file my taxes. Upon reaching payments page I entered the activation code in the coupon code. It brought me to the activation page. I entered the code the first time and it worked. I then returned to filing taxes to review my file some more. Now when i proceed to the tax file page, it still shows me the payment page and there is no acknowledgement of my activation. I am also unable to activate it again as it now says my code is invalid. Is there any way to resolve this?

@qiyunfeng, TurboTax Online activation code can be activates/associated to your online account only once. If you already activate the product, you cannot do it a 2nd time or in another account. All returns needs to be done in this account. At the top of your Welcome page, when you sign in, you'll see your return's counter with what is available for your code (ex: 8 returns available on 8).

As long as you stay in the same TurboTax Online edition (example: Deluxe), you won't have to pay at the end. The software will ask you if you want to apply the return to your code. If it's asking to pay even if you activate your code, it should be because you had to upgrade in a higher edition or you add other products, like Assist & Review.
