Your web site says to call an advisor once you have a Turbotax inuit account.

I have done that .

I have used Turbotax for over 5 years . Never a problem before this year .

I buy it at Staples .

If you are using the TurboTax CD/download version - This is where you will download your software and use your 21 digit IKC code.

Please note that this year you will need to skip the "Register your product" we are aware of this error and our Production team is trying to get it resolved as soon as possible. Therefore you can skip that part get your returns completed and filed and at a later date, you can go back and register your software.
