    Box 107 T4A in 2020 turbotax software

    when I entered box 107 of the T4A it did not carry over to line 10400 of the T1.

    My client got mad that I didn't add that up as other income.

    Is this a glitch of the software? I entered the box correctly. Please help clarify.
