Unfortunately, there is no way for a user to change their name here on the forum. Even if you change your TurboTax Online username, your forum name will stay the same. However, you can go beside your posts and click on the 3 little dots to open the menu and edit your previous posts by deleting what was written and click on Send.
Is it possible to refile if I don't have the filed return saved somewhere? I downloaded turbotax to my computer and used netfile to complete my return. I've logged back into the software but when I go to change my return it asks me to upload it but I can't find the file on my computer.
