I want to deactivate (delete) my TurboTax online account. What do I need to do?

Before you begin

Instructions for deleting your TurboTax online account

Our team will email you a form to help confirm your identity.

1. Contact our customer care team (click here: link) and let them know you want to deactivate your online account.
2. Fill out the form.

Our security team will then be able to deactivate your account.

For some reason I seem to have a Turbo tax Canada account which I never signed up for. I do have a USA account.
