Did you purchase TurboTax Deluxe Online or Desktop version?

I bought Intuit Deluxe Online Edition at Costco in Canada. When I went to activate I thought the PREMIER edition was similar to the DELUXE that I bought so I loaded it and got an error code when trying to activate it.
I then uninstalled the PREMIER version and after researching I realized the Deluxe is actually the STANDARD on their system ... WHY is is not called DELUXE ???? I then installed the Deluxe software , and got another ERROR message when trying to activate, I guess because I had tried my code previously!
I have used Turbotax for years, I'm very frustrated!!!
@TrentonKid First, please make sure that you have purchased the right product. The codes for TurboTax Online will not work with TurboTax Desktop & vice-versa.
To activate your TurboTax Online version please visit this link. Select that " I have an account" ,log into your account and proceed to the second step by adding your 16 digit activation code to review and activate the TurboTax Online product. Please note that TurboTax Online activation can only be linked to one account.

"Online" vs "Desktop" is confusing, I suspect several other customers have made the same mistake.
