CRA does have an auto-fill my return option for T2 e-filers although this feature is not implemented in TurboTax Business Incorporated. The information available from CRA through auto-fill is also available from your My Business account. For more details CRA has this web page

I specifically bought this software because it said that it included this feature. How do I get a refund? Extremely frustrating.

@GeminiC Please use the form on this TurboTax FAQ to request a refund. Also, where did you see that TurboTax Business Incorporated supports Auto-Fill? If that information is on one of our webpages, we would want to correct that.
