Fixing DOB for my common-law

I have an error and it is asking to fix by providing the DOB of my partner but when I click on fix the page it gives me does not ask this question just name and social number and other questions.   Also it is asking me to pur the amount on line 8 of their provincial schedule 428, what is this Please advise

Do the following:

When you get to the error, click on Fix. 

On that page, change to Forms version. 

Make the text larger (click on the AA up top), two or three times. 

The DOB of your spouse should be at the centre of that particular form.

Enter the DOB there, and Save. 

You should be good to Netfile from there.
