If you are not able to file and are seeing a message about locked forms, please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information: Why does TurboTax say my forms are locked or haven't been finalized? We are working to have the forms unlocked by the end of next week, if not sooner. We will update the FAQ when each form becomes available.

If you don’t have any of the forms on the list but you are still seeing this error message:

By the end of next week??!!??  You should have posted a notice to users prior to accepting the payment.  I have 2 returns I've paid for that are waiting for forms to be unlocked.  Will seriously consider another option next year.  Not impressed.

If you are using TurboTax Online, the T2125 and the T776 forms will be unlocked tonight. If you are using TurboTax CD/Download these forms will become available by Monday at the latest.

Hello! The CRA made available to software developers the latest version of the business income forms (T2125/T776) this morning. We plan to make them available in the next version scheduled for tomorrow (Friday) if all goes well if not in the following days.

If you are using TurboTax Online, all forms except for the T1229 - Statement of Exploration and Development Expenses and Depletion Allowance are now unlocked.

All forms in TurboTax CD/Download should be unlocked by the end of day March 17th.

Hello!

I cannot file a return due to a locked form or one that is not finalized, T1229! I do not even have this form on my list when I go under the forms tab!! I have cleared all unused forms to see if that would help and it has not!

Why is it saying this form is locked when I do not even need it or have it on my list? When is this form used? When will this be resolved??
