I am getting this error message (XML error) --> The 'DonorConsentIndicator' element is invalid - The value '0' is invalid according to its datatype 'Token' - The Enumeration constraint failed.
Please fix it. Thanks.
I got the same
Im getting this as well, even tried to start a new return and got it again... Waiting 40 minutes to get through to someone in technical support for help, lol.
Found it in another thread. Go back to the beginning of you're marital status. Their is a new question regarding organ donation that needs to be answered.
I have the same error. And am also waiting for an agent...
Read other threads, there are about a hundred of them regarding this same topic WITH THE SOLUTION.
This issue will be fixed shortly- for now you can go to "My Info" click on (Name) Canadian Citizenship and make sure that you answer the questions " Do you authorize the CRA to share your name and email address with the Government of Nunavut to contact you about organ and tissue donation, and to maintain the organ and tissue Donor Registry?
This happened to those who transferred from last year.
Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
Hey, I had this pop up on mine too. Are you trying to file on a laptop? I tried filing on my Laptop and this warning popped up. I signed in on my cellphone and file that way and it worked fine. Weird work around but it worked.
Please select My Info, then Province of Residence from the left side menu (≡). Continue through the pages and make sure you answer the question “Do you authorize the CRA to share your information with Elections Canada to update the National Register of Electors?” for both you and your spouse (if you have one).
Then you can select File > CRA Online Mail from the left side menu (≡) and continue on through there to try to NETFILE again.
