How can I verify my identity without using a phone number? I don't have the same phone number that's on my account, and I have an international number now.
Trying to log in to submit my taxes but I am getting blocked by the identity verification stage. The only options that come up are "Text a code" or "Call with a code", both with the same phone number that I don't have access to anymore. I need to be able to verify my identification by email and/or change the phone number on my account to my international one.
How can I verify my identity without using a phone number? I don't have the same phone number that's on my account, and I have an international number now.
