If you will be registering for a GST number, you’ll need to submit a separate return to the CRA. This is the CRA’s website for GST/HST returns: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/tax/businesses/topics/gst-hst-businesses.html

For PST, you would submit that to your province using whatever method they support. For example, in BC, you can submit your PST return online, in person (at a bank or service centre), or by mail.

TurboTax can’t do GST/HST or PST returns. But, if you are using a bookkeeping program like QuickBooks, then there is usually an option to run a report that will tell you what amounts you need to submit.
