Locked Forms

I tried to file my return and got a message that "one or more of your tax forms is currently unavailable". Is there any information about how long it will take to fix / add the form(s)?

We have a handful of forms that we are still working on. We hope to have them available for Feb 24 when NETFILE opens (or soon after).

Are these forms going to be available today? My plan is to file today as I will be out of Canada for the next 6 weeks and unable to do so. This is quite inconvenient

Is it just your program that has this form locked? Or is it an issue with CRA?

I am also getting this message. 

It's unacceptable as I paid for this on Feb 10th! 

Will it be available to file today? If not I would expect some sort of refund.
