locked forms

When are the locked forms going to be corrected? CRA states that they are authorized  already when I spoke to them today{march 7 2022} .they say it is turbo tax that has a software issue on their end . They are the same forms that I have used on this system for over 15 years and his is the first time there is an issue.  WHATS UP WITH THIS !!!!  Every time I go for the update in the help line it says it is current and up to date.
