I lost the product key for the 2023 download version when I lost the program because of computer problems.  How do I obtain the product key?

Your purchase cannot be found. Did you purchase your software from a retail store? If so, unfortunately, we do not have access to your license code.

It was purchased online from Cost.ca.  The product key and email download link came from [email address removed]

@duckduckgoose7 Please check with Costco.ca, as there may be a way of having your product key email resent, or somewhere where you can see your code in your account.
