My husband is behind a few years on his taxes. What do I enter for his net income and other tax return info the system is asking for? It doesn't exist.

You can enter an estimate for his income to continue with your return, and then go back and enter the real number if you get it before you file. If you file with the estimate, then don’t take the spousal amount, as you may have to pay that back if your estimate was incorrect.
