need Mac version of Home & Business download

I purchased the download for Home & Business but it won't load. It says it isn't compatible for Mac. There wasn't any indication before I bought it that this would be the case. Where do I go for a refund?

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues. Currently we don’t have a downloadable version available for Mac OS. For people who don’t have a Windows computer, we have TurboTax Online, which will work on almost anything that has a modern browser. We also have an app for iOS in Apple’s app store. However, the code for TurboTax CD/Download will not work with these products.
