not able to pass " let's import your tax info" for my spouse

Hello, I am stuck in this step and have tried all I can including login in and login out multiple time my account and my spouse account. The problem is my spouse didn't had any T4 and either I login to CRA and try to transfer and nothing happens the SKIP option is not taking me to the next page and I circle back to above screen. Because of this I am delayed in my tax as well, as not able to file. Any suggestion? 

It was able to pull my T4 and it seems all fine, which was the previous step. In the past I have filed and had no issues and her situation was same in the past as she didn't had T4. Not sure why this year it is troubling me.

If you have already imported your TSlips you can go to the left-hand-side of your return in the menu and click on Income.
