Older files have been changed!

I went back to my 2020 tax year and I was very surprised to find something bad happened to the file. It was submitted through Netfile a year or so ago successfully. Now when I go back to get a copy of the PDF, it shows I'm getting a refund of about $3.2 MILLION dollars! The original refund was about $4,000...what happened to my file? My confidence in this product is obviously shaken! How do I get my original return back?
