Ontario Trillium Benefit

Hi,

My Ontario Trillium Benefit calculation shows 0 estimated payments despite being eligible (Line 61100).

I have entered all the correct information and non-zero totals for the rental and energy payments in my provincial tax credit profile, and still see an estimate of 0. 
Please let me know if this is in ongoing issue or if you need anything from me.
