When completing a joint return I mistakenly did not update my new SIN and attempted to file using NETFILE. I was able to file my wife's however the system did not allow me to file my own. I was required to make a copy of existing Tax Return, change SIN and file my own on the Copy version of the return within the tool. Before I was able to file I was required to pay for the services and so encountered double paying for the services used earlier. Please can Intuit refund me for the double transaction as I only used the services of Turbo Tax once but was forced by the software to pay for both the original Tax Return and the Copy version.
Thank you,
Neil

Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
I worked on my tax return paid before I submitted it and left the site. When I returned to acturally send my return, it charged me again. Can you please refund me one of these payments.

Did you complete a joint/couple return or a single one?
I submitted a single file for myself - Valarie Mason (valsage1952) for my 2024 taxes and I was charged twice.
April 24 - $47.04 and on April 25 - $78.40
I also submitted a file for my Mother - Anna Bernice Mason (hazel/gordon) for her 2024 taxes and I was charged on April 30 - $33.90
Please reimburse me for one of my Valarie Mason charges.
Thank you.
You were charged twice because you purchased 2023 tax software and also the 2024 tax software and filed and also completed one for your mom. In total there were 3 returns.
