Second tax return on Working Holiday Visa - can I use Netfile?

Will I be able to file my tax return through Turbotax even though my SIN starts with a 9? My partner was able to do this last year for a 2015 tax return and his SIN also started with a 9.

Yes, if CRA has all your information and you don't fall under any of the NetFile Ineligibility then you will be fine to NetFile.
