Setting Source Country on foreign income slips

Last year I managed to change "Source Country" to UK rather than leaving it as "Country#2" on entering Foreign Income slips but have no idea how I managed it ! Any ideas as to how I can change it to something more meaningful?

You may be able to enter UK when using the #2 box.
