Hello Been using turbo tax for many years now with no problems.
After filing in all info on 2020 standard downloaded turbo tax, I find I can't netfile my return. It says in the start netfile a circle with a line in it. I have gone through the info several times but it still says I have to mail in.
Can I install program and reinstall again using same purchase code.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you for choosing TurboTax. Please close out/log out of your software, then reopen your software and accept all the updates for the software and the matter should be resolved.
I am having the same issue, and logging out does not solve the problem. HELP
I am having the same trouble. First time in over ten years of using Turbo Tax. Logging out and starting over does not help. Downloading program again does not help. In fact, each time that I try to netfile a return (getting that circle with a slash) the return counter advances each time. The summary page does not even show the correct license code number. Have spoken with a support agent for over 90 minutes - we came up with no solution. She is having a manager type person call me in a few days with a new license code number. I HAVE SPENT HOURS TRYING TO FILE TWO RETURNS THIS YEAR.
Tried what they suggested...did not work for me!
