System crash - need to re-install 2018 for carryforwards

Hello,
My system crashed and I am trying to install Turbo tax 2018 on another computer.
There are alot of carryforwards from 2018 , that I would like to use the Transfer feature in turbo tax to bring them into 2019.
When I try to download again, it gives me a message that I have 'reached the maximum number of installations for this computer'.
I am not looking to do anymore 2018 returns, just want to use the transfer feature.
Is it possible you can help me.
