turbo tax on desk top

after completing my taxes and havng them efiled it seems that the results did not get saved to the App on my desktop.They were saved in a PDF file on my computer but not the app on my desktop. Is there anything I can do to have them saved in the app?

Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online?

well Iused the online download because my newer computer does not have a cd player. I thought when I saved my taxes it saved it to the online app but I guess it did not do that. When I open the app to look at my returns the files are not there.
